Turunan Baru Benzopirannon-4 dengan Aktivitas Analgesik dan Anti Inflasmasi

Abstract. Thirty five derivatives of benzylidene-3 benzopyranone-4 have been synthetized and its anti inflamation and analgesic activities examined using Acetosal, Phenylbutazon, Ketoprofen, and Glafenin as reference substances. The results show that four derivatives possess higher anti inflamation and analgesic activities compared to the reference. These four substances are promising anti inflamatory and analgesic drugs having different structure than the existing non steroidal anti inflamatory drugs, which should be further investigated.
